Character and expertise | We are looking for consultants who THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. We are looking for people with a strong character, who are able to work in a team and think outside the box, and for highly-qualified lateral thinkers who are flexible, have an entrepreneurial spirit, prefer a pragmatic approach, and strive for different perspectives.
We are looking for consultants with an excellent college degree (ideally technical or business-related with an additional qualification), at least two years' consulting experience or similar experience on the customer side of the industry – depending on the position – as well as a great affinity to our core competencies and industries. It goes without saying that the ideal candidates will have proven experience in project management and excellent English language skills. If you are an ideal candidate for one of our consulting positions, you will have strong analytical and design skills, a structured approach and be goal-oriented. It goes without saying that you require a strong focus on implementation and just the right amount of pragmatism when it comes to project work. Team work, flexibility, enthusiasm and creativity are essential, both for internal positions at mm1 and for collaboration with our customers. To share a successful future with mm1, you must be customer-oriented and know how to deal with decision-makers. In addition, you need to question yourself and have the right amount of self-reflection.
